Foundry Facilities:
1)Our state-of-the-art foundry is equipped with two melting furnaces, each with a capacity of 200 Kg charge, allowing us to efficiently melt various alloys with precision and consistency.
2)We have a robust moulding capacity, encompassing cold box, shell, and CO2 moulding processes, to accommodate a wide range of casting sizes and complexities.
Quality Control and Testing:
1) We have a dedicated laboratory equipped with advanced testing equipment for comprehensive physical and chemical analysis of raw materials and finished castings.
2) Our in-house testing capabilities cover a wide range of parameters, including dimensional accuracy, mechanical properties, chemical composition, and microstructure analysis.
